Refund policy
- Cherriscope gladly offers returns / exchange within 7 days from the date the product has been delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery of the product, we will be unable to accept the return.

All items must be returned in original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags attached. Items should be packed neatly and needs to be posted back to us at your own cost within 7 days of the delivery date. If you have any questions please contact us at info@cherriscope.com.au
- International orders are required to arrange return postage via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Sale/Discount/Promotion items are not eligible for a refund hence shop wisely.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund will be processed once the return order is received and checked within 2-4 weeks
- For exchange against a new order - contact info@cherriscope.com.au
- As we order our home linen and clothing in small quantities, we cannot guarantee the selected exchange item will be available when your return reaches us. As such, the option for a Store Credit is available for your return so you can purchase your desired exchange when it becomes available again. Should the selected exchange item not be available, we will email you to arrange a new option.
